Requirements

  • 1–2 years in customer service or administration.
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning proprietary dealership software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks on the fly without losing attention to detail.
  • A go-getter and team player attitude focused on optimizing the customer experience.
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours (9am-6pm including rotating Saturdays).
