This position is part of the Customer Resolution Team located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid. Reporting to the Manager NA Service Admin, the Service Admin Coordinator I provides support for the Hach Service and Sales organization. The Coordinator I is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing administrative inquiries from all Hach departments and external customers related to bench service requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
  • 6+ months in Customer Service experience role.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle requests for field and bench service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively generate quotes for field and bench service requests.
  • Generate Work Orders in ServiceMax for US-based customers.
  • Create, update, and edit customer account information and instrument installed base information in ServiceMax and Oracle.
  • Responsible for customer account updates, customer billing inquiries, and Work Order updates.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Process service orders for bench repair, loaners, and rentals.
  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a daily changing, fast-paced work environment.
