About The Position

At San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are always looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join the San Marcos Team! We are currently looking for a Part Time Service Admin Assistant.

Requirements

• Availability to work afternoon shifts M-F (Service closes at 6pm)
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferred
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must be willing to complete a background check and potential drug test

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Assist with Service Rental Program
• Data entry
• Assist service management team with reporting, record keeping, etc.
