Manage assigned service customer accounts, meet or exceed financial targets, and provide outstanding customer satisfaction and retention. Manage time between on-site/off-site customer interactions and back-office responsibilities. Understand the company’s entire service and product portfolio to best advise customers and ensure they meet their business goals. Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations. Develop service delivery plans with the customer to provide service agreement scope of work. Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver service for all customers in the service area. Lead quality assurance activities that will support service agreement renewals.
