About The Position

MHS Lift, a leader in the Material Handling industry for over 56 years, is seeking a self-motivated Service Account Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for sales in the New Castle, DE, and Chester County territory. The role involves leveraging existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, engaging in aftermarket sales, fleet auditing, dispute resolution, and managing the territory with internal team support. Success in closing new opportunities and maintaining customer partnerships will be rewarded with competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

1–3 years of outside sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
1–3 years of industrial or warehouse equipment sales experience

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new service and sales opportunities within an assigned territory
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Service existing customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for expansion
Generate new business through canvassing, cold calling, and relationship development
Track and manage customer activity using internal systems and performance metrics
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Accounting, and internal Sales and Service teams
