About The Position

The Deschutes Brewery Portland Public house is currently hiring for Part-Time, Seasonal Servers! We are looking for talented and experienced Servers, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced restaurant, and are committed to the highest standards of quality and presentation with a guest first focus. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required! The right person will be outgoing, positive and team oriented. Candidates must have at least 3 years of high-volume serving experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in challenging environments. Night and weekend availability is required, specifically Friday - Monday. This is a seasonal position anticipated to be available through September, 2026. Seasonal duration may be shortened or extended depending on business need.

Requirements

• 3 or more years' experience serving in a high-volume setting
• OLCC License required upon hire
• Food handlers certification required upon hire
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
• Strong organizational and high-level communication skills
• Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
• Continuously seeks out opportunities to grow and learn

Nice To Haves
