About The Position

SGA Hospitality is seeking Elite Servers to join their team in the Saratoga Springs Area. This role involves providing exceptional service at elegant venues, college dinners, and private parties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and will be responsible for event preparation, service excellence, table maintenance, communication with event staff, guest engagement, adherence to standards, clean-up, and teamwork.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we provide training for those who are passionate and eager to learn!
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
A strong customer service focus with a professional attitude.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and manage the demands of the role.

Responsibilities

Help transform venues into exquisite spaces by setting up dining areas with gates, tables, linens, and décor to match each unique event.
Deliver top-notch service by accurately serving food and beverages while ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to.
Keep dining areas immaculate and reset tables promptly for a smooth dining experience.
Work seamlessly with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Build positive relationships with guests, addressing their requests and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
Follow safety and service guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
Assist in the breakdown and clean-up after the event, leaving venues ready for the next occasion.
Work alongside fellow servers and staff to create a seamless service dynamic.
