About The Position
As a Server in our community restaurant, you will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with you! As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection, and complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community.
Requirements
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
- If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
- Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
- Strong customer service presentation
Responsibilities
- Direct residents to their tables
- Present menus
- Suggest dishes
- Assist in drink selection
- Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system
- Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
