About The Position

IHOP Servers provide excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience. They greet customers, take orders, and serve food. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. This description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Take customer orders.
• Serve customers and provide a high-quality dining experience.
• Perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
