Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Mason, Ohio, where our residents receive a five-star, "white-glove" dining experience. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an important role in making each resident’s dining experience enjoyable, comfortable, and personalized. You’ll serve meals, keep dining areas clean and organized, and provide friendly, resident-first service while working alongside our Dining Services team.

Requirements

Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Must be 18 years of age or older or a high school graduate

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to residents
Deliver meals efficiently and accurately
Follow special diets and portion requirements
Prepare and maintain dining tables and service areas
Keep dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Work closely with Dining Leadership and the Dining Services team
Help create a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience for every resident
