Responsibilities
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required
- Interact with guests while they dine.
- Demonstrate basic recipe knowledge of our food and beverage.
- Demonstrate Lazy Dog Restaurant service standards.
- Understand the proper state and federal liquor laws; validating ID process; alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication.
- Communicate clearly, write well, speak well, and explain anything to anyone.
- Assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
- Be guest-focused and like to multi-task.
- Be part of a team and create a fun environment.
- Be happy, trusting, passionate, and determined.
- Put yourself in the other person's shoes.
