About The Position

Our starting range for Servers is: $15.00-$20.25 per hour! Come join our team at Rock Creek Senior Living located at 3602 NW 5th St. Ankeny, Iowa 50023! We are looking for someone (like you) to be a Host with the Most, a Peppy Prepper, and a Titan of Tidiness.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prep a table for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
Buss tables.
Sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
