About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service by engaging with guests, describing food and beverages, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payment. The Server will also inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions, make suggestions, use up-selling techniques, and address guest concerns by informing management. Additionally, the Server will assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Mobility required during the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
• Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)

Nice To Haves

• Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
