About The Position

The Daily Catch is seeking experienced, professional Servers to help launch and represent its first West Coast dining room in Pasadena. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Servers will deliver warm, attentive service while sharing the story of the restaurant's food, family, and traditions. The Daily Catch, founded in 1973 in Boston's North End, is a family-owned Sicilian-style seafood and pasta restaurant known for its authentic East Coast flavors. This new Pasadena location, opening July 2026, will feature fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with signature family recipes.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years serving in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Italian cuisine, seafood, or wine preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality and confidence.
Guide guests through the menu, explaining seafood species, pasta dishes, and wine pairings.
Enter orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any needs with care and professionalism.
Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails responsibly.
Maintain clean tables, side stations, and dining room flow.
Perform opening, service, and closing side work.
Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service.
