About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 1- year of high-volume Serving experience required

- Experience in upscale dining preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalized table service by guiding guests through the menu, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure accurate order entry, proper pacing of courses, and timely, polished presentation of food and beverages.
- Anticipate guest needs and uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, professional communication, and resolving guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience.
