Requirements

18 or older
Prior server experience is required
A team player with strong communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a guest-first mindset
Proud to represent the TBonz name and hospitality

Responsibilities

Greeting guests like they’re regulars—whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth
Guiding guests through the menu with confidence
Creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back
Keeping the energy high and operations running smoothly
