Requirements

Previous serving experience in a casual dining environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order delivery
Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in our casual dining restaurant
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our menu options, including daily specials and wine pairings
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following health and safety guidelines
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a professional manner
Contribute to a positive team environment, working closely with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
