This role requires an individual with a passion for food, local culture, and human connection, who can create a welcoming environment and leave guests with a great meal and an inspired outlook.
Requirements
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to carry food and drink trays.
Responsibilities
- Record guests’ orders, paying close attention to allergens, special requests, and noted information.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options to adeptly make recommendations to guests.
- Understand kitchen timing to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
