About The Position

IHOP Servers provide customers with a high-quality dining experience by greeting them, taking orders, and serving them. They must be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and focused on excellent customer service. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The job description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Take customer orders.
• Serve customers and provide a high-quality dining experience.
• Perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
