About The Position
Sawgrass Country Club is seeking part-time team members to provide an ultimate Member Experience during lunch and dinner timeframes. Our waitstaff are teamwork-oriented professionals with a passion for customer service and hospitality. This role is critical in fulfilling the mission of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our members and their guests in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner. Flexible availability is preferred.
Requirements
- Must understand Service Culture and maintaining successful Member Experience.
- Have strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Seven-day operation, open/ flexible availability required.
- Minimum three shifts per week.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year hospitality experience.
- Possess knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits.
