Responsibilities

• Welcome and Greet guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Master the menu, suggest delicious options, and make recommendations.
• Take and relay customer orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest tables.
• Pre-bus tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Practice safe alcohol service.
• Clean and set tables for the next guests.
• Prepare and deliver guest checks, process payments.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Pitch in with additional duties as needed.
