About The Position

IHOP Servers provide excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience. Candidates greet customers, take orders, and serve them. They also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies. This is not an all-inclusive job description.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Take customer orders.
• Serve customers and provide a high-quality dining experience.
