About The Position

Join the team at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill as a Server in Natick, MA. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive and efficient service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to enhance guest experience
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Benefits

• Wage ranging from $6.75 to $19.00 per hour - base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts paid bi-weekly. Tip earnings vary by shift; maximum reflects high-earning days for the scheduled shifts.
