About The Position

Lotus of Siam, a world-renowned Northern Thai restaurant, is seeking qualified candidates passionate about hospitality to join their team as a Server. The role involves delivering exemplary hospitality to guests, managing nightly financial reporting, maintaining a clean work environment exceeding SNHD guidelines, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining healthy relationships with resort leadership. The Server will also be responsible for effectively scheduling line-level staff and being mindful of waste control and breakage. Lotus of Siam, known for Chef Saipin Chutima's Northern Thai recipes and its acclaimed wine program, is expanding with a third location at Red Rock Casino Resort.

Requirements

• Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
• Must have TAM card up to date
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
