About The Position

Spring Arbor of Outer Banks is looking for a friendly, dependable Server to join their dining team. The role involves creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents. No prior serving experience is required as training will be provided. A positive attitude and a love for people are essential.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Must be flexible/adaptable.
• Must have safety awareness.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room, ensuring chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas are wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Other job duties as assigned.
