About The Position

Madame Tussauds Hollywood is seeking a Server to deliver unforgettable guest experiences by going above and beyond service standards. The role involves boosting revenue through upselling and creative initiatives, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and alcohol service laws, and supporting special events. The Server will focus on fun, friendly service, especially for families and kids, and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, and resetting tables while maintaining presentation, and being a team player who communicates well, masters POS systems, and keeps guests happy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of serving experience preferred (full-service restaurant = a big plus!)
• Bring a positive attitude and a warm, welcoming vibe every shift
• Naturally hospitable—love making guests feel valued and taken care of

• Team player mindset—work smoothly and support your crew
