About The Position

Immanuel is seeking a part-time Server for Yankee Hill Village, a senior living community in Lincoln, Nebraska. The community includes independent living, assisted living, and memory support apartment homes. The schedule is 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays and one other day during the week, with the possibility of a third day, for approximately 8 to 11 hours per week. Holidays are required when they fall on regularly scheduled shift days. Pay is up to $16.15 per hour, with straight pay and no tips; compensation is based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. Applicants must be at least 14 years old. A background check and drug screen are required before hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food to residents and guests courteously and professionally.
• Set up the dining room and designated kitchen areas in preparation for meals.
• Clear tables and meet diners’ needs.
• Handle food safely.
• Deliver food to apartments.
• Clean kitchen and dining areas.
