About The Position

As a Server, you will serve our wonderful residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a top-notch experience and ensuring that their health, safety, and well-being are protected at all times. Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years old.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Must have a heart for serving others.
• Must have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion).
• Must have a genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment.
• Must have a commitment to confidentiality.
• Must be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
