About The Position
At Cien Agaves Tacos & Tequila, we are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all our guests. This role involves not only taking orders and serving food and beverages but also building rapport with customers, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them
- Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS
- Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service
- Assist in answering phones
- Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs
- Regularly refill drinks, clear the table, and go above and beyond guest expectations
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
- Sanitize and adhere to all safe food handling standards
