About The Position
As a server at Fairview, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This includes greeting guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, and managing tables efficiently. You will also play a key role in upselling menu items, handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing payments, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Adherence to restaurant policies, including dress code and food safety regulations, is essential. At the end of your shift, you will be responsible for cleaning your work area and preparing for the next shift.
