The team of professional, dedicated staff helps residents enjoy life to the fullest through a comprehensive array of personalized health and wellness programs and services. The Server role involves serving food to residents and guests in the in-house Fine Dining restaurant, which features crisp linen tablecloths, fine china, and top-quality fresh ingredients. The menu is seasonal and regional, offering signature dishes and daily specials. A key benefit mentioned is 'NO LATE NIGHTS', allowing for a balanced life. This is a Part Time Position.
Requirements
- Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain required food handlers certifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Remain knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
- Write food order and relay order to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
- Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens and serving stations clean, bussed and stocked.
- Maintain required food handlers certifications.
