About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in food service, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Alcohol serving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Educate and engage guests about the menu and the brand.
• Perform basic bar duties, including pouring beer, wine, sake, and other beverages.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance.
• Support teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
