Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required.
- Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy.
- Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs.
- Perform side work, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning, to maintain a polished dining room.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
- Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude.
