About The Position

The Server plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, personalized service to every guest. This position supports the Restaurant team by guiding guests through menu selections, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless service throughout the dining experience. The role works closely with restaurant leadership and fellow team members to uphold Four Seasons service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an outgoing, “can-do” attitude
Clear and professional verbal communication skills
High level of understanding and knowledge of food and beverage; wine knowledge is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Previous restaurant or luxury hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional, and engaging dining experience for all guests
Demonstrate expert knowledge of food, beverage, and menu offerings, including wine pairings
Anticipate guest needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and respond promptly to requests and concerns
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in accordance with service standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting as needed
Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and take appropriate action to resolve concerns
Support a positive, professional, and team‑oriented work environment
