The Server role is crucial to the guest experience, bringing energy, personality, and genuine hospitality to every shift. Servers will be part of a team that turns great meals into lasting memories, whether by recommending dishes, creating celebrations, or maintaining a lively atmosphere on busy nights. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly with professionalism and hospitality.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Deliver meals and beverages to tables efficiently and ensure orders meet quality standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and anticipate needs proactively.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
