About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is properly set and ready for business, checking for cleanliness, and ensuring all guests are treated promptly, professionally, and courteously. The server must have complete knowledge of all job-related procedures, menu items, specials, and prices. They will use the pivot point system for proper food placement, take orders accurately, and be knowledgeable about the current wine list. The role also involves completing all sidework and other assigned duties promptly, offering assistance to all guests, and handling guest complaints or problems courteously. Compliance with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and procedures is required, along with performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
Must also possess a cooperative, helpful, friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
