About The Position

RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT AND TAVERN is seeking a SERVER to join our team! We are a fun, fast, friendly Neighborhood Tavern. The responsibility of our servers is to make raving fans of our guests and each other. This requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor) and proficiency in service procedures. We believe in putting our Associates first! Our Associates come to work with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and a team mentality.

Responsibilities

Make "Raving Fans" of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities.
Make raving fans of our guests and each other.
Demonstrate thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor).
Be proficient in service procedures.
Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards.
Answer guest's questions about the restaurant.
Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
