About The Position

IHOP Servers provide customers with a high-quality dining experience. They greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The listed duties are not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Take customer orders.
• Serve customers.
• Perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, following governmental and company policies.
