About The Position

GenCare Lifestyle @ The Ballard Landmark is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living community and a U.S. News & World Report Best Assisted Living award winner. We are looking for talented and passionate Servers to join our exceptional Culinary Team. We are redefining what senior living dining looks like, being the only fully Gluten-Free accredited Senior Housing Community in the U.S. The team focuses on creativity and quality while maintaining a good work/life balance.

Requirements

• Minimum of sixteen (16) years or age
• High School graduate or equivalent, helpful.
• Minimum fulfillment with criminal background checks every two (2) years and thereafter.
• Ability and desire to work well with people of all ages, especially seniors.
• Required to read, write, and speak the English language fluently with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
