As Huey’s server, you will work in a fast-paced environment taking and serving orders fast and efficiently. You are delivering exceptional service that mirrors our cooking team. Huey’s, locally owned and operated, has been a staple of the Memphis community for 50 years. We're known for our blues, brews, burgers, excellent customer service, community outreach, and family environment. Servers are responsible for providing quick, friendly service to all customers. Promptly greet tables and take and deliver food and beverage orders. Servers also must know the product to give customers detailed information to help them select.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
Taking customers’ food and drink orders
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for the prompt and correct delivery of orders
Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks
Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant
