- OLCC Service Permit (Required)
- Food Handler Certification (Required)
Responsibilities
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Offer expertise in menu and food/beverage recommendations. Explain chef specialties, identify appropriate wines, and answer food preparation inquiries.
- Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, track dietary needs and special requests.
- Showing attentiveness to the guest table by delivering and removing dishes, refilling glasses, and fulfilling guest requests.
- Create checks, accept payments, and deliver bills with change or credit card.
