About The Position

Proof of the Pudding has spent the past four decades providing innovative menus, services, design expertise and event experiences to clients in Sports & Entertainment. We are partnered with the Phillies providing elevated food service in the Press/Media area and Executive Dining location. We are currently seeking an experienced Server to join the Proof of the Pudding team at Citizens Bank Park. POP provides elevated dining services to the executive dining area. This position will provide a high-end experience similar to a restaurant format. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver elevated in-seat dining service with attention to detail Guide guests through menu selections, including premium food and beverage options Maintain impeccable service standards and guest interaction Coordinate seamlessly with culinary and beverage teams Create memorable guest experiences through thoughtful, proactive service Performs other related duties as needed.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in fine dining
Fine dining, upscale restaurant, or VIP hospitality experience
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
Exceptional guest engagement skills
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-volume settings
Excellent listening and communication skills
Renowned time management and organization skills
Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs
The ability to work alone and as a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
