About The Position

California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Server to provide memorable dining experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment. Servers make guests their top priority and bring creativity, hospitality, and enthusiasm to each meal while demonstrating the CPK High 5: showing pride in the company, encouraging authenticity and fun, working as a team, focusing on service details, and sharing passion for the menu.

Servers follow company policies and procedures, practice safe food handling, and remain aware of food allergens and the appropriate steps for addressing them. They use the point-of-sale system and handle cash accurately. A state-mandated beverage service certificate is required in states where applicable. The listed pay range is $16.90 per hour. Servers are eligible for tips. Benefits are available when coverage requirements are met.

Requirements

• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens, including how to find relevant information and take appropriate steps.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate a POS system quickly and accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Hold a state-mandated beverage service certificate in states where applicable.
