About The Position

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, located in St George, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+)
• Fine dining experience required
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
• Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers suggestions when appropriate
• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
• Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system
• Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders
• Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall guest experience
• Uses proper tray service techniques for all food and beverage service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required
