Requirements

• Experience is required
• Knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system is essential
• Familiarity with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code are necessary
• Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards is essential
• Well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Collaboration and teamwork
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrating self-motivation
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Fine dining experience is preferred
• An intimate knowledge of wine and craft cocktails is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through the menu
• Taking food and beverage orders
• Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and efficiency
• Efficiently processing orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures
