About The Position
Malai Kitchen is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to join our team as Servers at our brand new, extremely busy location in Dallas's Preston Center. We specialize in Chef-driven Thai & Vietnamese Cuisine and a Creative Beer/Bar program. This role offers a guaranteed income with a minimum sales target and opportunities for advancement within our growing company. You will work closely with owners and a dedicated team in a fun, family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks to tables.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Participate in personalized training programs.
