About The Position

The Primary purpose of the Server is to serve meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience is provided for our residents. Bainbridge Senior Living consists of four family-owned and operated Assisted Living & Retirement Communities along Madison Avenue on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington. They are dedicated to being the region's premier senior living provider by making sure all their houses feel like home.

Requirements

Must be age 18 or over since this position will be required to serve alcohol.
Must have regular, reliable transportation with license in good standing.
Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the work day

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D) preferred

Provide top notch dining services while creating positive interactions with our residents
Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level dining services are provided while working together to problem solve
Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
Ensure highest quality of dining services are provided to residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times.
