About The Position

IHOP Servers provide excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving them. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. This is not an all-inclusive job description. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
