Responsibilities

Successfully complete the training program before being scheduled for regular shifts
Provide guest service
Be thoroughly familiar with all food and beverage items
Be responsible for having a working knowledge of table service & standards
Handle cash, credit, debit, and gift card transactions
Operate POS system to: Take orders and complete transactions
Ensure that our guests feel “at home” and that they have a pleasurable dining experience from the time they are seated until the moment they leave
Run food to tables making sure that guests receive their food in a timely manner
Clean and maintain dining room
Be safe staff certified
Complete opening, running and closing side work
Be responsible for using cutlery for chopping and or slicing small fruits and vegetables – as needed
Adhere to all aspects of Employee Handbook including “Expectations and Work Standards”
Be expected to perform other tasks, duties and training as dictated by their supervisors
