Requirements

• 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale dining setting
• Evenings and weekend availability
• Outgoing, upbeat, and guest-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Comfort with basic math for handling orders and payments
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand and remain alert for long periods
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Frequent use of hands, arms, and engaging in bending, reaching, and twisting motions

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Follow sequence of service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
